Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 14, 2026 · Effective Date: October 14, 2026

1. Zero Server Upload Architecture

OmniPhoto is engineered with a strict local-first architecture. The entire image processing pipeline—including opening files, parsing Adobe Photoshop PSD/PSB binary streams, rendering layers, calculating adjustments, applying masks, and exporting artwork—executes inside your local browser sandbox via compiled WebAssembly (WASM).

What never leaves your computer:
  • Your uploaded photos, PSD files, TIFFs, RAW photos, or exported images.
  • Your layer names, text content, color palettes, or file metadata.
  • Your editing history, masks, or canvas dimensions.

2. Web Analytics & Telemetry

To understand website traffic patterns, detect software errors, and improve international user experience, OmniPhoto uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

  • Collected Information: Standard anonymized metrics including page URLs visited, browser type, operating system, approximate geographic country, and referral source.
  • Prohibited Data: Our analytics configuration strictly blocks the transmission of file contents, image names, pixel dimensions, personal identifiers, or sensitive editing actions.
  • Opting Out: You can block analytics tracking at any time by enabling your browser’s Do Not Track (DNT) setting or installing browser privacy extensions like uBlock Origin.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

OmniPhoto does not require an account or user registration. We use standard browser local storage exclusively for preserving your client-side UI preferences (such as dark theme, recent tool selections, and workspace layout). These preferences remain on your device and are never shared.

4. Third-Party Services

The core OmniPhoto application runs standalone with no third-party cloud AI processing or third-party image hosting services. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your browsing or editing data.
